The second keynote speaker at the 'Building IoT London Conference' is IoT expert Dr John Morkes, and he's been involved in the Internet of Things sector for 20 years.

Specifically, John has been investigating how humans directly interact with the technology. After completing his PhD at Stanford, he spent five years at Trilogy, where he was director of Human-Computer Interaction.

He then co-founded the technical consultancy Expero Inc and has worked on major projects spanning IoT and Big Data for enterprise clients across a wide range of industries.

John strongly believes that the ultimate user experience is critical to the sustained success of IoT systems.

He will use his expertise with IoT clients spanning healthcare, biotechnology, energy and automotive to demonstrate you how to delight even your most ill-tempered users, whether they are consumers or CTOs, or the VP of marketing.

John joins a cracking lineup of IoT talent, including fellow keynoter, Yodit Stanton, founder and CEO of London-based OpenSensors.io.

Building IoT London will feature thirty-four conference sessions and four all day workshops between March 27 and 29, 2017.

Whether you’re just working out how to begin exploiting the IoT, or are well on your way and are looking to sharpen up particular skills while communing with your peers, you’ll feel right at home. For full details, including early bird tickets, head over to the website.
